Minover · minimum friction, maximum turnover

Collect M-Pesa. Know what sold. Sleep. Less tapping, more money through the till — cashiers on one shop, and a clear view of what moved.

Sandbox first. Your customers pay you. You pick a plan; after 14 days Minover STKs your phone. Unpaid shops lock.

What Minover is

Minimum friction, maximum turnover. Not a bank. Not a new wallet. Daraja on one side, a calm till on the other — so a Kenyan shop takes money faster and sees what is selling.

Your till

STK Push, query, C2B, and — for owners — B2C and reversals. One shop per login. Cashiers cannot see another business.

Your keys

Paste your own Daraja consumer key, secret, shortcode, and passkey. Minover shows the callback URLs to copy into the Safaricom portal.

Your numbers

Tag payments with products. The dashboard tells you revenue, success rate, and what is moving this week.

What you get

Everything a small Kenyan business needs to take M-Pesa without hiring a developer.

Pay links

WhatsApp a link. The customer enters their phone and PIN — they do not need to be at the till.

Cashiers

Invite staff. They only get Payments and Customers.

Customers

Save repeat buyers. Collect again in one tap.

Customer plans

Weekly or monthly STK on the due date. They still enter a PIN.

Products

Name what you sell so reports are not “misc”.

Email receipts

If you save a customer’s email, they get a Minover PDF from your shop name. No email saved, nothing is sent.

Reconcile

Upload a Safaricom CSV. Minover ticks matched receipts and lists extras and missing.

Shop isolation

Tenants never share a customer list or a till.

How a first day feels

We do not dump you on a wall of buttons. After you verify email, Minover asks a few friendly questions, plays these short films, then opens your shop.

Lipa na M-Pesa KES 1
Paid

1. A customer pays in seconds

You type the amount. Their phone shows Lipa na M-Pesa. They enter their PIN. Minover marks it paid when Safaricom answers — you do not refresh and guess.

Shop laptop with live numbers

2. You see what is selling

Tag each STK with a product — school fees, a haircut, a bag of maize. The dashboard adds it up so the till is not a mystery at closing time.

3. Cashiers stay on the till

Invite staff with a temporary password. They can send STK and save customers. They cannot send B2C, reverse money, or see another shop.

Pricing

You pick the plan. Starter and Growth both include 14 days free. Then Minover sends an STK to your phone. If you do not pay, the till locks — including past due.

Questions people ask

Do I need a Safaricom developer app?

For your own live till, yes. Create an app at developer.safaricom.co.ke, then paste the keys in Setup. The mmnlmagu test shop stays on Minover’s shared sandbox keys.

Who pays Minover?

The business owner, from Plan. After the 14-day trial we STK your billing phone. Your customers pay your shortcode, not us. Unpaid shops lock.

Can a cashier see my dashboard?

No. Cashiers get Payments and Customers only.

Is this production M-Pesa today?

The product is sandbox-first. Switch to live keys when Safaricom has approved your app. Callbacks stay on the public URLs Minover shows you.
